MRD (Minimal Residual Disease) Rapid 500 Panel

암환자의 치료 후, 타겟하기 어려운 잔존 악성 암세포에 대한 분석을 가능하게 해주는 NGS panel 입니다.

미세잔존질환(MRD)은 성공적인 치료 후에도 체내에 소수의 악성 암세포가 남아 있는 것을 말합니다.

MRD 모니터링은 혈액이나 기타 체액의 진단 테스트를 가능하게 하는 액체 생검을 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.

이 접근법은 표준 감시 방법보다 더 일찍 잔여 암세포를 발견할 수 있어 조기 치료 개입이 가능해집니다.

MRD Panel order guide

  •        CONFIGURE MRD TARGET BED FILE

            Ø Column 1: The chromosome the variant is located on including the “chr” nomenclature used by BED files (i.e. chr7).

            Ø Column 2: The genomic start coordinate location

            Ø Column 3: The genomic end coordinate

                                  coordinate must be at least 1 base pair greater than the start coordinate.

            Ø Column 4: The name of the panel the target is associated with.

            NOTE: Target size is limited to 120 base pairs.

  •        NAME BED FILE FOR SUBMISSION
  •        Naming template: {Order_Name}_{Filtered/Unfiltered}_{hg19 or hg38}.bed
  •        Filtered: Twist 디자인 알고리즘으로 off target 확률이 높은 타겟을 filtering
  •        Unfiltered: 모든 타겟이 자동으로 설계되어 패널에 포함
